A smart automated ordering solution, or place your order directly through the TIXIMAX customer care team.
The 9-Step Ordering Process

Step 1: Register an Account
Create a personal account on our service portal to track your shipment schedule and receive automatic updates.
Step 2: Log In to the TIXIMAX System
After successfully registering, log in with the personal account you just created to access the Dashboard.
Step 3: Create a Purchase-on-Behalf Order
In the main menu on the left side of the Dashboard screen, click the "+ Create Order" button to start the process of sending your product.
Step 4: Fill in the Required Details
Paste the product link (from Amazon, Mercari, Yahoo...), and fill in the name, quantity, size, color, and any special purchase request notes.
Step 5: Wait for TIXIMAX Confirmation (2-4 hours)
Our support team will promptly review your order and send a quote in VND for one of the following two cases:
An automatic payment email is sent to your registered address. Please make the deposit transfer so TIXIMAX can confirm the product purchase.
TIXIMAX will proactively contact you directly by phone to explain the details and guide you in correcting the information.
Step 6: Track Your Order Progress
After paying the deposit, you can monitor your order status (Purchasing, Received at Overseas Warehouse, In Transit...) directly on the Dashboard or through automatic email notifications.
Step 7: International Shipping to Vietnam
Goods are collected at international warehouses (Japan, Korea, the USA...), then packaged, customs-declared, and put on the earliest flight to Vietnam.
Step 8: Receive the Shipping Fee Notification Email
When the goods arrive at the Vietnam warehouse, the system automatically weighs the actual weight and sends an automatic email detailing the shipping fee and any additional charges (if applicable).
Step 9: Domestic Delivery in Vietnam
Complete the remaining shipping fee payment. TIXIMAX will hand over the package to the domestic delivery partner for express delivery to your home address.

A Few Important Notes
Detailed product link: Please specify the exact color, size, or configuration you want so Tiximax can confirm pricing quickly and accurately.
Deposit payment: Since this is a cross-border purchase-on-behalf transaction, customers must pay 100% of the actual product cost upfront. International and domestic shipping fees can be paid after the goods arrive at the Vietnam warehouse.
Direct tracking: The Customer Portal system provides real-time order status updates, along with automatic email notifications.
