1. Scope of Application

These terms apply to all customers using Công ty Cổ phần TIXIMAX's purchase-on-behalf, auction-on-behalf, international shipping, customs clearance, and warehousing services. By using our services, customers agree to all the terms below.

2. Service Process

All orders are processed through the following flow: Request received → All-inclusive quote in VND → Confirmation and payment → Service execution → Delivery. Công ty Cổ phần TIXIMAX commits to providing a quote within 1 business hour of receiving complete information.

3. Pricing and Payment

Công ty Cổ phần TIXIMAX does not charge any hidden fees beyond the confirmed quote. Payment is made via domestic bank transfer. The quoted price is an all-inclusive price in VND, covering the product price, service fee, international shipping fee, and customs clearance fee (if applicable).

4. Prohibited and Special-Handling Items

• Công ty Cổ phần TIXIMAX does not ship the following items: weapons, explosives, substances prohibited under Vietnamese and international law; obscene materials; counterfeit or copyright-infringing goods.
• Special-handling items (cosmetics, functional foods, electronics containing lithium batteries, cold-chain goods) require advance consultation. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their goods.

5. Complaints and Compensation

Công ty Cổ phần TIXIMAX processes complaints within 3–5 business days. The maximum compensation amount equals the declared value of the goods, not exceeding the insurance limit of the shipping carrier. Complaints must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. All disputes are settled at the competent People's Court in Ho Chi Minh City.
