Shipping Policy

1. Estimated shipping time

Japan → Vietnam route: 7 – 10 business days from the warehouse departure date in Japan.
South Korea → Vietnam route: 5 – 8 business days from the warehouse departure date in South Korea.
Indonesia → Vietnam route: 7 – 12 business days from the warehouse departure date in Jakarta.
Philippines → Vietnam route: 8 – 14 business days from the warehouse departure date in Manila.
Note: The above timeframes may be extended in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, epidemics, or customs clearance delays due to unscheduled inspections.

All goods sent to the Tiximax warehouse must be packaged in accordance with international standards.
Fragile items (glass, ceramics, electronics) must be packed in wooden crates or wrapped with thick shock-resistant bubble wrap before being received into the warehouse.
Tiximax offers a paid reinforcement service (new carton boxes, foam padding, wooden crating) to ensure maximum safety during international shipping.

After goods arrive at the Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City warehouse, Tiximax will contact the customer to confirm the delivery address and hand over the shipment to a domestic courier (Viettel Post, GHTK, etc.).
The customer bears the cost of domestic shipping within Vietnam unless a promotional program or separate written agreement applies.
The customer is responsible for inspecting the external condition of the package before signing to accept it from the delivery staff.
