Disclaimer of Liability Policy
1. Product quality from third parties
- Due to the nature of international shipping services, Tiximax is not liable for issues arising from the nature of the goods, the sender, the seller, or the goods supplier.
- These cases include, but are not limited to, goods that do not match their description, incorrect color or size, or differ from the reference images; goods that are technically defective, damaged, used, or missing accessories; or goods whose quality does not meet the recipient’s expectations.
- Tiximax is also not liable for delays or issues arising from the seller, sender, or other third parties, including late handover of goods, missing items, or other matters outside Tiximax’s control.
2. Force majeure events
- Tiximax is exempt from all compensation liability for damage to goods caused by natural disasters, epidemics, war, riots, or a decision by customs authorities to confiscate or destroy prohibited goods.
- Delivery delays caused by sudden flight schedule changes from international airlines.
3. Goods with inaccurately declared information
- The customer is responsible for inspecting the condition of the package immediately upon receipt and providing sufficient evidence as required, including a continuous unboxing video starting before the seal is opened, and photos of the packaging and shipping label.
- If the customer does not respond within the specified support period, the transaction is deemed complete and Tiximax is released from liability for any issues arising thereafter.
