Ordering Policy
Guidelines on order standards, product link approval regulations, and the responsibilities of each party
1. Receiving and approving product links
- The customer provides an accurate product link along with a detailed description of its attributes (color, size, version).
- Tiximax checks the reliability of the shop (seller rating, reviews) before issuing a quotation. We reserve the right to decline purchases from sellers with excessively low ratings or signs of fraud, in order to protect the customer’s interests.
2. Minimum order quantity regulations
- For individual retail customers: Orders starting from 1 product are accepted.
- For certain specialized products sold wholesale directly from the factory, the minimum order quantity follows the original supplier’s regulations.
3. Responsibility for order verification
- After receiving the quotation, the customer is responsible for carefully reviewing all order details before paying the deposit.
- Any changes made after the deposit has been paid will not be accepted if the international transaction has already been successfully completed.
